Admit it, customer care guys doesn't know a thing and they give all the wrong information. We just can't believe these CC guys. It's not only in this specific instance, but with so many other companies.

And to your issue, I have never heard of a company accepting card payments after delivering the product. It's Cash On Delivery, and we must pay by cash.
