Today I received update on Airtel TV mobile app for android and could see that UI has been revamped and now looks closer to Jio TV UI.

I see many new channels have been added taking total channel count to 143.

Looks like Airtel is trying all ways to counter Jio, and like Jio Tv this app is also completely free for Airtel subscribers.

I am really impressed with audio and video quality on HD channels, they are better than on Jio TV app.

Yes bro channel count is less but they seem to be concentrating on VAS services now, so we can expect the count to increase soon.

Yes bro their experience in DTH and Internet TV seems to be helping.

Also I could see that channels on app have same channel number as on Airtel DTH

One more good option on the app, we can lock screen and watch TV without being disturbed. When locked touch and capacitive buttons on mobile are not working until we remove lock

Looks like this option is also there on Jio Tv

But tata sky mobile give access to star channel without hotstar and also with star channel logo of respective channel.

Not even hotstar directly..
Only for jio users..
