We can change bro with some trick.Iam.also black customer.Iam using FTA + Telugu HD 190 pack it costs just 266

U can add extra channels for remaining amount upto total of Rs 413

Yep, I am on the Black 399 plan, I get Rs 260 + tax worth (Rs 307 incl tax) DTH, so can pick and choose as needed upto this amount.
