Bharti Airtel has said that City Centre Mall in Mangalore is the first mall to go completely Wi-Fi in Karnataka.
A press release said here that Saurabh Goel, Chief Operating Officer, Bharti Airtel Karnataka, inaugurated the Airtel Wi-Fi hotspot zone at City Centre Mall on Saturday.
Anyone with a Wi-Fi enabled device can connect to the Airtel Wi-Fi hotspot. Stating that Mangalore is now Wi-Fi enabled city, he said around 100 retail outlets in Mangalore have been covered under this.
The aim is to reach a target of 300 outlets by March, he said. Soon such a facility will be extended to Udupi and Manipal, he added.
