Airtel has brought back the Rs. 100 and the Rs. 500 recharges that offer an outgoing validity of 28 days and lifetime activation validity. Both the new plans are now live, however, it is not known whether they are available for Airtel subscribers across the country.

The resuscitated Airtel Rs. 100 and Rs. 500 recharges are now listed on the MyAirtel app. If you are an Airtel subscriber, you can check the new prepaid plans under the 'Talktime' section of the 'Best Plans' menu in the app. As for the benefits of the new Airtel prepaid plans, the Rs. 100 pack offers a talk time worth Rs. 81.75 with an outgoing validity of 28 days and lifetime activation validity when it comes to incoming calls. As for the Rs. 500 recharge pack, it comes with a talk time of Rs. 420.73 with an outgoing validity of 28 days and lifetime activation validity. It must be noted that none of the new plans introduced by Airtel offer any other bundled benefits such as mobile data or a fixed number of SMS messages to go with the talk time.

Airtel Revives Rs. 100, Rs. 500 Talk Time Recharges With 28-Day Validity

Will they extend outgoing validity by deduction of 24 from this talktime if more than 24 left after first 28 days ?

What is so much special in this..? Nothing.!

Earlier there was a plan of 95, which offers 95 talktime and 28days validity, 65 which offers 55 talktime with 28 days validity. These these TT will be credited in dedicated account and should use within 28days.

Now Rs.100 recharge 81 TT will be credited to main balance, and not in dedicated account. After 28 days, you should again recharge with some plan to get your OG active, even if you have balance in main account. Only thing is TT will not get expired.

The understanding seems to be that these plans provide unlimited incoming capability unlike the other plans, where one needs to recharge every month to keep the incoming active. I'm not sure if that's true.

Don't under-estimate airtel.
It's clearly written that Rs.xxx talktime with lifetime validity. It means the TT will not get expired. No where mentioned abt incoming validity.

To understand the 'special' in this, you need to go through this!
Sad News - Airtel, Idea and Vodafone now requires you to recharge with a minimum pack to keep your sim alive
But as @Siva bro mentioned, our interpretation (of money-mongering AVoId network)s might be wrong!
