Now everyone know that 60% mobile users using jio number for calling and sms and 2nd sim, s are idea, Vodafone and airtel. if these three companies started this rule with old Customers who are using sim,s continuous but 2nd choice as incoming, then they will lost their 50 to 60% android users.

I think this rule should required only for new customers

I think there is no restrictions in Bsnl

With this new rule Airtel/Voda-Idea are forcing customers to do min. Recharge but it will be badly misfired many users who using their sims as secondary will throw them out or port to jio/Bsnl.

Actually, its there you need recharge with plan voucher of 6m or 1yr otherwise services will be stopped.
