Tiruvallur is a very big city/district.

I know it is but there's no 5G in Tiruvallur but it's available in Veppambattu and Aranvoyal which comes under Tiruvallur district and also Chennai Telecom Circle so I guess they've mentioned it as Tiruvallur

Until Veppampattu, it falls under Chennai circle only. If they mentioned Tiruvallur, it could include the other side too Ponneri, Gummidipoondi etc. It's a vast area. You can check in SpeedTest app. Not sure if it's up-to-date.

Airtel 5G is available in two streets of Sivakasi. Coverage as well as speed is pretty bad. Phone is Pixel 6a.

Suddenly getting 5G almost throughout the train route from Kharagpur to Howrah station. This happened around a week after Airtel announced 500 cities (total) 5G rollout. Glad to see their amazing speed of rollout

Yes mostly but happy to see that in Howrah and in Kolkata (slowly), they are upgrading to 10 gig backhaul. It's slowly being upgraded but it's there
