Yep it's database issueThis website didn't work for me last week.I didn't find my data.I submitted port request to Jio on monday evening and port completed on friday night.So If you don't find it on the website,the porting is still going on.
Sim card not updated means
I saw N number of cases like this when I'm working there. Surprisingly now one of my sim card facing the same issue
