they should take safety measures and improve conditions in all table top Runways in India - even Air Traffic controller should have informed the airplane about the prevailing conditions to pilot then this accident could have averted and saved lives - I understand we should not assume/speculate about the incident , but the sad thing is even 10 years after Mangaluru incident - it has repeated
