Yet another train derails.. what is this happening? Train accidents happening so frequently.

Six coaches of Nagpur-Mumbai Duronto Express derailed on Tuesday near Asangaon in Maharashtra, news agency PTI reported. Though no numbers have been confirmed, reports suggest a rescue team has been dispatched from Kalyan.

The derailment took place just days after the Delhi-bound Kaifiyat Express derailed in Auraiya district on August 23 At least 81 people were injured after nine coaches of the train derailed in Uttar Pradesh, making it the second train accident in a week. On August 19, Kalinga Utkal Express had also derailed in Muzaffarnagar killing 22 people.

Good to see once again modern technology saved life. LHB coaches should have been made mandatory in all coaches atleast 10 years earlier, but sadly it did not happen and now it will take another 20 years to replace all existing old coaches
 
What is happening?
Modernization should be done asap. Looks like the present infastructure is reaching its limits. Government will have to pump a lot of money in Railways.
