I hope this is the right thread for my query.
I've the Jio Airfiber 100 MBPS 899 plan and subscribed to Jiohotstar Premium separately.
My queries are:
1. Previously I've D2h 4K STB and later TataSky Binge+. The quality of pictures were just amazing. But now, 4K streaming (cricket matches) through Jio STB looks like 360p. Am I missing any settings?
2. My current Jiohotstar Premium is expiring in next 30 days. Should I continue with the subscription separately? Or Jio is offering ad-free plans?

Maybe your Jio STB resolution settings aren't correct. You can check that on the Jio STB settings -> Display & audio settings -> HDMI resolution.

Jio doesn't offer an ad-free plan bundled with any of their broadband plans. So if you want the ad-free plan, then you need to pay for its subscription separately.

Also Jio should roll out this new OS to all the existing Jio STBs asap to maintain same features and proper standards across all of them having same firmware at the same time. Unlike now with different stb models and software builds. And for god sake they should bring a solution to JioTv+ redirecting method. Its too irritating to use.
