So they launched the ads prematurely! In India, speed is very subjective given the totally unmanageable urban growth. There is no planning of where the industries will be located throughout the country so that the job seekers can spread across various locations in India and not just a handful of metro's. What India needs is a unified development, above language, local and regional issues when it comes to industry establishments.
