Ok I will take your word, But Average income of a US citizen is $26,695. So paying Rs 5000(almost $83) as internet charge shouldn't be a problem whereas average income in India is 6000. So how can u expect an Indian to pay Rs 1500 for(1/4 th of his income) only 10 Gb 3G data and still getting speed of 2G ?
Don't go only with number such as Rs 5000, just try to understand what percent of his income he is spending as internet charge.

It clearly shows Indians are paying more compared to the rest of the world but still getting poor connectivity and speed :angry

The cost of infrastructure is huge in India, that determines the cost of the service. Indians earn less that doesnt reduce the cost of infrastructure. The avg income u talked about is yearly income. So monthly is approx $2000. So they spend almost 5% of their income on internet. You cant ask the same thing from Indian operators. Our huge population and geography increases the cost. Once optic fiber connectivity increases the broadband cost will come down drastically.
