So Redmi 3s Prime will also not receive any update

Thankfully it is on MIUI10. Many features missing as compared to Pie, but at least it is smooth enough.

Security patch of Redmi 3s Prime hasn't been updated since April 2017.

My Redmi Note 4 is running on December security patch...

My Redmi Note 3 running on July 2018 SP. There's nothing on security patch updates. Use the device till it works smoothly. Security is a MYTH.
