Seeking Help Sideload Apps on Android TV Version 5.5

Hello guys, basically I've jio AirFiber STB which don't allow sideload any app, basically i want to install tata play binge on TV, I've got LED tv with android version 5.5, Yes you read it correct :p(Videotex), it doesn't have Google play store but its own app Store but i want to sideload tata play binge app on it, need a direct link of it which is safe to login etc can also guide how i may send apk to TV with phone.

I was having iphone7 which is now giving issues. I thought of going for the latest iphone 16 but due to deferment of Apple Intelligence to December and India later on , I am postpoing it. Meanwhile I am not in favour of chinese smartphones. So I thought of Google Pixel for which negative reviews of phone overheating and other issues highlighted by user had made my mind for only option ie Samsung Galaxy Smartphones.
Which one will be the best in the range of 30k to 35K. My requirements AI features , good chipset,Good battery , Gorilla Glass and decent camera, I zeroed on in S23. Is it good buy or suggest other options. I also saw bad reviews of Samsung battery.Thanks for all the advice you can offer.

Telecom department comes with new 'Make in India' rules for 36 networking products

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has taken a significant step to boost domestic manufacturing in the telecom sector. In a notification issued recently, the telecom department has identified 36 products for which a minimum local content of 50% or more is now required in public procurement.

As per the report, these 36 products include routers, ethernet switches, media gateways, customer premises equipment, Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) equipment, IP based Soft Switches, IMS, Unified Communication Systems, Wireline PABXs, VSAT Hub Subsystems, Satellite Phones(S Bands), Telecom Batteries, IP Audio/Video phones and IP/ Internet Set-top Box. From this list certain products will have minimum local content of more than 50%, on rest, the minimum local content has to be 65%.

Seeking Help PhonePe not working after changing SIM

so I switched my SIM from BSNL 3G to 5G, and now Phonepe is acting up. It keeps asking for verification, but when I try to verify, it gives me this annoying error message saying, "Unable to proceed, we could not process your request for security reasons. Please try after 24 hours."

Bruh, it's been more than 36 hours now! Has anyone else had this issue before? If you have any suggestions on how to fix it, hit me up!
