Seeking Help Anyone using JioFiber 398 plan? If so, then please inform whether it is possible to downgrade the plan to 198 from MyJio/CC

I want a new 10 Mbps connection without any STB (OTT/channel benefits) for my indoor CCTV which used to cost Rs. 198 monthly at launch (backup plan) but is discontinued. Only 398 (198 + 200 OTT add-on) is available for new booking. So I thought if it is possible to book new connection of Rs. 398 and downgrade to Rs. 198 afterwards. If anyone is using Rs. 398 plan please check and inform, it would be of much help. Thank you :)

Seeking Help Should I Buy New Iphone Battery ?

I need some help. I have iphone 12. The battery health of my iphone is 79%. New battery charges are approx ₹9000/-.
So Im confused, should I replace my battery or I should go for a new iphone in BBD sale with exchange.

What will be the good option for me??

Seeking Help Extra data on Airtel thanks app

How to avail the extra 2GB data offered on data plans? I recharged my account with 121 data pack via Airtel Thanks app. The banner in the app shows a reward of 2GB for recharging via Thanks App. But it was not credited. There's no option to claim it too.

How to claim it? Or is it another usual scam by airtel?

I have registered a complaint now but why do I have to waste my time calling them, going through their IVR to figure the option to talk to CC.

Hi, My sister just filled up the form of CUET(PG). But after that someone called my sister saying that the document after form fillup, NTA sent to candidates which is accidentally sent to him and his form has sent to my sister. He sent a document to my sister's whatsapp but I denied her to open the document and to not seen the message also. Is it a scam ??

Seeking Help Looking Forward To Activate Deactivated Jio SIMs

Hi, I'm new to this forum but I want to keep it short and to the point.
I have 2 Jio Phone Numbers, respectively 1 for my mother and another for my father who have passed away and for a long time I could not gather the courage to consider accessing their phone numbers to proceed with the deactivation of bank accounts and anything else that was actively used by them, (as well as allow anyone for a span of time to contact their numbers as in reaching out) so in the end I can safely deactivate their numbers. Today I try dialing their numbers after inserting their SIMs in my phone and one says that it's an 'invalid' number and another says that it does not 'exist'. Is there anything I can do to get these numbers to be activated?

Hi to all. My first question after become a member here. Basically I don't like to write paragraphs and makes readers boring. So straight to the questions and will definitely give replies if any additional information is needed.

Questions

1.If i take the annual premium subscription on the JioFiber's registered mobile number in either hotstar app or hotstar's official website, will it automatically reflect on the JioFiber set top box's hotstar account as well?

2.If the answer is no, then what will be the process of activating the premium subscription on the JioFiber set top box's hotstar account?

Applying for a Credit Card based on existing Credit Card (C2C)

I just applied for an IDFC Millennia Credit Card using my existing ICICI Credit Card. Filled the application, did the KYC, got the card approved and received the virtual card, all within 5 minutes. No documentations, nothing. I am impressed how simple and seamless it was.

My question is, are there any other bank cards that I can apply using existing cards? (Preferably online)

I read that Bank of Baroda & AU Small Finance Bank provide this option online, but BOB asks for income proof and other documents during last step despite applying on C2C basis. And AU is unserviceable in my Pincode.

Seeking Help Jio Fiber ONT 2024 model

I'm choosing a Jio Fiber router (JCOW414, JCOW407, or newer) for low-latency gaming and fast download/upload latency. My current refurbished Jio router has >150ms latency, which is unacceptable. Which model is best for my needs? Have any new Jio Fiber (not AirFiber) routers been released in 2024? What are their specs compared to JCOW414/407?

I need a suitable latest model Jio router for long coverage and, especially for gaming, less latency. any suggestions?

Seeking Help Using Airtel Service in Nepal for OTPs

Hey, got a question. I am going to Nepal for a longer time frame (1.5 years) and I need to keep my sim card active just for receiving incoming sms i.e. bank otp. I know that the incoming sms are free for airtel even without buying any roaming pack. So, i was thinking of buying the cheapest available package i.e. Rs.199/28 days [Unlimited Calls, 2 GB data, 300 SMS] and recharging my number every 90 days to ensure that i do not lose my phone number. But, every online portal for Airtel online says that there needs to be atleast one outgoing/incoming call, outgoing sms or data session within 90 days for the sim to stay active.
And that is confusing me. Does this mean that even after recharging my number with the Rs.199/28 days pack within 90 days from expiry, i might lose my number if i dont have any outgoing calls or sms in that 90 day period?
Does anyone have any idea about this?

Seeking Help Some Apps Are Not Loading/ Working in Airtel Airfiber

Hey I'm writing this because some apps are not loading while connected to the airtel airfiber. Is there any solution for this.

I have tried resetting the router and after resting we can open the app. After some times/after restarting (power cutt) the opened apps will not work. I'll be loading. Any solution guys (Eg: JIOCINEMA (not working in stb and wifi connected devices) , EFOOTBALL Etc...)

Tried CC No response. They are saying will fix it soon.

Seeking Help Google App consuming lots and lots of Internet Data and Internal Storage

Guys, I don't know why but Google App is consuming GBs of data and storage in my old MI device (Redmi Note 5A). And all this is happening in the background. I've tried everything but I can't stop it. Stopped background data usage still nothing happened. When clearing data of the app, the storage is regained, but the download begins again. Usually there is 3 GB of available space in the phone but now it is barely 100 MB. And one thing, all this is happening when connected to Broadband Wifi (Airtel).

If anyone of you know how to stop it, do tell.
