Anything less than 500Mbps, I don't consider it as 5G. Jio should start deploying mmwave before charging 499.This is 5G. Atleast it's stable. Otherwise network switches to 4G.
5 years before I tried very hard to get Airtel fiber so as to have landline atleast, since the mobile signals at my area is poor due to existence of the railway station. Mobile operators declined to improve the signal quality here.Similar things Airtel does here for their wifi services. Our area house gates and walls have poster for Airtel wifi. There are also Airtel sales people with umbrellas to advertise and sell wifi. There are also people doing door to door visits to sell wifi.
I think Airtel is heavily investing in areas where ACT or Excitel Fiber are non existent. Just a wild guess.
