Breaking OnePlus Leaked Users Email Addresses

OnePlus devices come preloaded with the 'Shot on OnePlus' app that had a security flaw which leaked email addresses hundreds of its users.

The app asks users to log in using their email addresses to upload photos that can be featured as wallpapers by OnePlus users globally. The API behind that app was the prime cause of the flaw

Thankfully, no reports of exploiting user details through the security flaw have surfaced online.

Breaking MIUI Global Beta Ending for All Phones

Xiaomi has announced that from 1st July they will end their MIUI Global Beta Program for ALL devices. Xiaomi said that most people just use the software and don't bother to give feedback at all.

Xiaomi says that the closure of the beta "will enable developers to provide better optimized stable versions of MIUI ensuring a great experience for all."

Xiaomi is ending its global MIUI beta program on July 1
