Reliance Jio partners with Facebook to launch literacy program for first time internet users in India

Many of these first-time internet users are increasingly struggling with grasping the nuances of the internet — often ending up trusting everything they see online and, in extreme cases, causing major chaos in the nation. Ambani now wants to help these people understand the ins and outs of the digital world.

His telecom network Reliance Jio announced today a literacy program called “Digital Udaan” for first-time internet users in India. The two-and-a-half-year-old telecom network, which has amassed more than 300 million subscribers , said it has partnered with Facebook to create “the largest ever digital literacy program” that will offer audio-visual training in 10 regional languages.

I had a good experience with vodafone, they actually follow me on twitter, they have saved my twitter username with mobile number somewhere. Whenever I tweet to them, within minutes I get a call from them without even mentioning details. The person who is talking to me will keep tracking my complaint and will call me after 5-6 days just to make sure the problem has been resolved. When I was on roaming in Tamilnadu, there was no data signal, they immediately added 25 GB to my account as compensation. Their Live chat service in app is excellent as well, real people reply there unlike airtel bots.

This Happens..

It Looks Like Earlier My Number Was Used By A Watchman And Mechanic. I Used To Get Calls When The Watchman Takes A Day Off Without Informing. Straightaway, They Will Ask ""Are You XXX Watchman, Where Are You..?"". Then I Asked Them Whom They Want To Speak With. They Replied Asking "Is This Watchman XXX..?"". Then I Would Tell Them This Is Wrong Number. They Would Disconnect The Call Without Telling Anything. The Calls Were Made Ocassionally Like Twice A Month For A Year. It Stopped After I Left To Abroad.

Right bro, if i use it excessively (not as much as Windows though), then it heats up insanely.

I have few other issues rare bugs too on my MacBook Pro which exist from more than two years, reported to Apple by thousands of users yet remained unsolved. Major one is, Apple Store is unusable on my MacBook Pro. They push updates every month, i update with the hope of having this resolved but no luck ever.

Good news? Pricing of these cards are absolutely ridiculous. Waiting for AMD Navi to launch here. Much better value for money. How many of us here can afford a graphic card for 35-40k+ I want to know. Afaik most don't have a PC, let alone gaming PC. Nvidia should focus on budget cards in this country or else AMD will crush them for good in the coming years.
