Breaking Free WiFi in India by Google and Cisco

There have been such initiatives in the past too, but I have never seen them work ever. MG Road was supposed to have free WiFi, but it never worked. Even the railway station is supposed to be WiFi enabled, but I wonder which part of the station.

With a country of 130+ crore people, usage of internet for unwanted purposes (aka watching p*rn etc) & serious threat about security, I wonder how such facilities will really work in uncontrolled public areas.

Discussion Android Q Update for Samsung Galaxy Devices

Google is yet to reveal what the Q in Android Q stands for, but the fact that Samsung is already testing it for its latest flagships shouldn’t be a major revelation. That’s because Android OEMs get access to all the code for the next major version of Android long before it gets a public release, although Samsung could learn from some of its peers and offer us beta access to the new software sooner than it has in the past.

That said, there’s hope the official Android Q release for the Galaxy S10 lineup will come quickly once the Android Q beta program kicks off. After all, Samsung didn’t take much time to bring the stable Android Pie update to the Galaxy S9 and S9+ after the first beta release had gone live, and that was despite how Pie was accompanied by one of the biggest user interface upgrades for Galaxy devices in recent years. Samsung has also been quite fast with bringing Android Pie to other Galaxy devices, so there’s a solid chance Galaxy S10 owners won’t have a long wait for Android Q, either.

Oppo Mobile Phones ‘Waterfall Screen’ With Curved Edges, Almost No Bezels

Oppo on Monday showcased its new innovation – a ‘Waterfall Screen. It is essentially a display that has almost no bezels and sharp curved edges. The curved edges of Oppo's Waterfall Screen are more pronounced than the curved-edged display seen on Samsung and Huawei flagships. A dummy phone shown by the company sports a notch-less and almost bezel-less front. The phone has no physical buttons on the sides, and there's no notch or cut-out of any kind for the front camera in the official images shared by the company.

Discussion Does Privacy Policy of Apps and Services Bother You?

Reading is fine. I love reading. What about the stuff we don't understand? Should we consult a lawyer before using an app or a software?
Yes, just hire one single lawyer for FB/Twitter and every software you use. Safe enough to live. But make sure he is not Indian as i doubt even Indian lawyers would understand their t&c properly. Before making you understand they need to understand na!
