Seeking Help JioFiber Outage?

Many websites are down for me in JioFiber in Horamavu, Bangalore (Steam, Cricbuzz, Xbox Store and many more). Is anyone else on JioFiber facing same issues too?
CC wasn't of much help, technician visit they've scheduled for Friday.

It is fine here in Chhattisgarh. Try changing your DNS, sometimes that helps.

Didn't help. It's happening on all my devices connected to the router...

@Sparker0i bro, what's your JioFiber router model and firmware version?

You can find them in MyJio app, Device section.

I am hearing that some issues are in the latest JioFiber router firmware which is causing similar issues. Also, CCTV cameras (IP camera) aren't working after the firmware updates.

Could be some temporary local issue. Happened two or three times with me in the past. Others were not facing any issue at that time.

Let see if somebody else from Bangalore is also facing this problem.

I only see Serial number, Mac ID, Firmware version and IPv4/v6 address. No router model

yes fixed now. But it is disappointing that jio chose to register a complaint and send the field technician only after 2 days..

Hmm. You can request for call and then ask their customer care person to raise service request though. They usually do it without fuss, though the availability of their "engineers" seems to be less in big cities nowadays.
