It appears that there is a problem with new titles. I encountered the same issue with "Detective Conan" on ETV Win. If you're experiencing the same problem with "Detective Conan," it's likely that you are facing the same situation as I did. I reached out to customer care, and they informed me that they are restricting some new programming due to concerns about piracy. I just wish it wasn't at the expense of paying customers' viewing experience.

Jump only appears if the segment is at the start. Like preview or intro. (That to not all the time.) It doesn't appear during sponsorship in the middle of the video.
Whereas, the dot can appear any time. It even appears when I am watching Anime on YouTube, which helps skipping the Opening and Ending songs.

Ah, then it is probably just this "Jump Ahead" feature. It has been around for a while now, but only available for Premium users, if I remember correctly.

UPDATE

Airtel Fiber installed yesterday (Sunday, May 18, 2025)
"Advanced Rental" 4 months Postpaid Plan
40 Mbps;
(₹ 499 + 18% GST == ₹ 588.82 per month) x (4 months) == ₹ 2355.28 paid

ONT AOT-5221ZY
Using my own WiFi 6 Router (OpenWrt) with CAKE SQM enabled.

For now 40 Mbps is sufficient. I may upgrade to 100 Mbps in the future if more bandwidth is needed.

I already have Tata Play Satellite DTH (Prepaid) which still has few months left, so did not opt for Airtel Black (Fiber Internet + IPTV) Bundled Postpaid plan. Once that Tata Play DTH Prepaid plan expires, I may switch to Airtel Black 100 Mbps + IPTV plan in the future.
