In my opinion link all the documents like Aadhar, PAN, Bank, utility bill with primary numbers and continue or port it to your favourite network.At first don't have secondary sims. I have seen people lose numbers linked to Aadhar because they forgot to recharge there Vi or Airtel sim as they had switched to Jio as primary number. If you have secondary sim for emergency purposes. Go for annual plans. Worth it if you want to retain the number.
And, even if you want to keep your secondary sim active simply switch to BSNL and recharge with 1199 after entering into Grace Period 2 as I've explained here.
