Good News Tamil Nadu govt to provide broadband connection of 100 Mbps speed at Rs. 200 per month

Even though I don't have high expectations on this scheme (which is just taken from dust for the upcoming election by TN Govt), I just hope this may force BSNL to give some decent base plans like that 20Mbps UL for Rs199 or even Rs249. Right now, BSNL is giving 25Mbps till 20GB only for Rs299 plan and that too for someone closing their old Copper LL connection and NOT allowing existing Fiber connections to change to this plan.

Discussion Reliance Jio AirFiber set-top box related discussions

Some time ago, I discontinued my Jio AirFiber connection. However, their representative never came to collect the router and set-top box. Today, out of curiosity after 17 months, I connected the set-top box and was surprised to find that all TV channels and OTT services are still working. I’m currently using BSNL Fiber as my internet provider.

I’d like to understand whether continuing to use the Jio set-top box under these circumstances would incur any charges, or if it is considered unauthorized or illegal. Could you please shed some light on this?
Is plan is showing in mayjio or not

1) Bad 5G modem
2) Bad 5G coverage comparing other phones
3) When you move out of WiFi - it will take like forever to switch to Mobile Data
4) When you leave 5G coverage (which happens often due to bad modem) it takes time to switch 4G data (this frustrates a lot during UPI payments)
5) Once you reach back to 5G coverage area, it will again take its sweet a$& time to switch to 5G data (not allowing to use 5G UL offer)

This is even seen in 35 to 40k phones like A55 (I am using one). Few of them are somewhat fixed to a very little extend via updates, except hardware limitations. For complaint (3) I changed one setting in "Dev Options" (Keep mobile data always ON during WiFi), which affects battery life a little.

From the above article:

For homes, unlimited internet at 20 Mbps will be offered at a base price of Rs 199 per month. Higher-tier plans of Rs 399 and Rs 499 will provide increased speeds. For businesses, two initial plans are available, Rs 899 and Rs 1,199, with enhanced bandwidth.

I suggest you @Tobi bro's suggestion Plus all these, all these phone's have amoled screen (expect oppo) which is a big plus battery will last longer and screen will look good.

• Samsung galaxy M35 5G
• Poco M7 pro 5G
• Realme narzo 70x 5G
• Samsung galaxy F15 5G
• Oppo k12x 5G

We can suggest you better if you tell us your usage type/preference eg. Gaming, camera, battery etc.
I won't suggest a Poco phone (although it's from Xiaomi) and I have a reason for it. My cousin had Poco X2 Pro few years ago. After 1½ years of normal use, one day, the display suddenly died. He was just browsing YouTube, the screen display suddenly became all white. And he was not the only one, many people had the same issue that time. I'm not sure about the new ones.

The Samsung phones you mentioned have Exynos processor which is not very good.

Realme Narzo 70X is another good option.
Is it a good phone?
Yeah, it's good enough considering the price. However, you've got better options that I mentioned in my previous post or some of the ones Rohit brother mentioned.
