This is truely robbery..earlier same plan used to cost ₹479 for 6gb data , now almost same plan will cost ₹448+100=₹548 with 5gb data

Although it says 4k@25fps on Hotstar native stats but you can clearly notice the difference in animation and smoothness when we switch to regional feed @50fps

It is independent plan. It does not require 448 plan. But it will work as independent plan with 448 recharge

Yes why not. This data pack has its own standalone validity so it will work with the voice only value plans.
Only data add-ons that don't have their own validity and take on the validity of base plan won't work with voice only value plans.
