I had booked Airtel Black airfiber with IPTV on Thursday & paid priority installation charges of Rs.1000. But as of now I didn't get any call back for installation or anything, In thanks app it's still showing "Engineer Assigned".
Can anyone help me with the request or how to escalate this would be greatly appreciated.

Jio has properly rebranded the Star Sports 2 in JioTV+ app. They have removed the discontinued channels and created separate channel number (not sure if its the same as sports 18) + icon for the SS2 channels. This is playing a native 3.4 mbps bitrate stream right now while other Star Sports channels still redirecting to JioHotstar that provides a poor quality stream. All these changes are yet to be migrated to the JioTv mobile app.
