They can when sports 18 was there durring live telecast it redirected to jio cinema otherwise it works on native mode

Just log outand log in again .But jiohotstar work on native app only

Anybody facing issues in match streaming?
Video is struck and only audio playing, video is inconsistent full compressed and grainy also; sometimes stream completely stops and loading icon is on loop

If anyone has subscribed to this pack can you check if the Hotstar content within the Xstream play app shows as subscribed or not?
For me form the externally loading apps, Zee5 content shows as subscribed but Hotstar shows not subscribed. Ofcourse everything pays fine within the native hotstar app.

Yes, may be Jio will take this route only for sports. Star sports will redirect to Jiohotstar. Because the ads and its delivery according to specific devices in which is getting watched is important for them to sell the ads (as per them particular/precise ads delivery). So it can't be done in Jiotv+. They have investing/invested huge for this type of ad delivery.

No personal experience I have with unbundling, so can not confirm on that.

But you can proceed with it, if it requires you to pay some charges, it will take your confirmation and show you the amount upfront. So you should be safe.
