I would like to bring to your notice a serious issue I am facing with my
Airtel Black connection. I had clearly requested to retain
only the 10 Mbps broadband internet plan and
permanently discontinue the IPTV/DTH services.
Here is a summary of the situation:
Advance Payment Made: ₹1,492
Plan Active: 198 Bundle Plan 10 Mbps_PKGTEL_3804
Bill Cycle: 30 May 2025 – 16 June 2025
Billing Mode: Ebill
First bill to be generated – No dues as per the system
Issue Faced: DTH box suspended and wallet shows ₹0, even though I’m only using the broadband plan.
Despite making an advance payment and not using the DTH service, I am confused why:
- My DTH box was suspended.
- My wallet balance shows zero, even when no IPTV service is in use.
- There is no clear confirmation from Airtel whether the DTH service has been deactivated.
