I think after Netflix added to Airtel plans,it will give really tough competition to Tata play Binge plans as Netfix is missing there,only we need to see it is compatible to playing in TV also

Ya that's how TataPlay Binge does it by letting the person select 4 or 6 apps of their choice (plus another 9 apps complementary) for ₹199 and ₹249 respectively.
But if you compare the pricing to that of Xtream Play, if you are externally subscribed to Netflix basic plan which costs ₹199 then if you subtract that from the ₹279 plan, you are effectively getting the content of 24 OTT apps including JioHotstar, SonyLiv, Zee5, SunNxt, Aha, Fancode, etc for just an additional ₹80 which is much cheaper as a bundle than you would get by selecting individual apps on the platform.

So for the mobile app of Binge the SonyLiv content plays within Binge itself, but for the smart TV app it redirects to SonyLiv app. All content, live or on demand behaves this way only.

Just to rephrase, I’m using my own router with Dumb ONU(no wifi) meaning I have control on the wifi ssid’s, traffic etc.,

However since 2021 none from exictel reached out to me asking to upgrade to their own ONU(with wifi) and even if they ask, I’ll decline.
