Bharti Airtel on Monday announced that it would offer faster 4G speeds to Platinum customers on their smartphone and connected devices with the launch of ‘Priority 4G Network’ for its Platinum mobile customers.

Airtel has deployed advance technologies to offer priority network to Platinum customers with faster 4G speeds. The benefit will be available to all postpaid customers on Rs 499 and above plans which are designated as Platinum. Airtel Thanks app will also include a customized Platinum UI.

Shashwat Sharma, CMO – Bharti Airtel said: “It has been our endeavour to offer a differentiated service experience to our Platinum mobile customers as part of the Airtel Thanks program. And that’s where we will deliver that ‘extra’ service experience to them, including faster speeds by giving them preference on our 4G network, while continuing to serve each of our 280 million customers with the same passion.”

Bharti Airtel will also offer red carpet customer care with preferential service at call centres and retail stores to Airtel Platinum customers. All Airtel call centres and retail stores have dedicated staff to attend to Platinum customers on priority and cut down on waiting time.

    • Bhai, it would be better to wait for TRAI directive on REDX and Platinum plans. It will come out in 2-3 weeks if they cancel those plans then no point of even moving.
