Airtel 5G Plus service launched in Jammu and Srinagar

Airtel users with 5G devices can enjoy the 5G Plus services on their existing data plans until the rollout is complete, and no SIM card change is required to avail of 5G services.

Airtel 5G Plus Jammu and Srinagar

Telecom service provider Bharti Airtel has launched its 5G Plus services in Jammu and Srinagar. Airtel 5G Plus services are also available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Siliguri, Nagpur, Varanasi, Panipat, Gurugram, Patna, Shimla, Lucknow, Guwahati, Imphal, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Pune, and Vizag.

“I am thrilled to announce the launch of Airtel 5G Plus in Jammu and Srinagar. Airtel customers can now experience ultrafast networks and enjoy speeds up to 20-30 times faster than the current 4G speeds. We are in the process of lighting up the Union territories of J&K and Ladakh which will allow customers to enjoy superfast access to High-definition video streaming, gaming, multiple chatting, instant uploading of photos, and more,” said Adarsh Verma, COO, Bharti Airtel, Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh.

Airtel 5G Plus services in Jammu and Srinagar are currently available at Raghunath Bazar, Gandhi Nagar, Channi Himmat, Panjthirthi, Jammu secretariat, Bahu fort, Bahu Plaza, Jammu railway station, Govt medical college, Canal Road in Jammu and Lal Chowk, Dal lake, Rajbagh, Kashmir University, Karan Nagar, Channpora, Sringar secretariat, Nishant Garden, Chashma shahi, Old city in Kashmir and few other select locations. The company will expand its 5G network making its services available across the Union territories of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh in due course of time.

Airtel users with 5G devices can enjoy the 5G Plus services on their existing data plans until the rollout is complete, and no SIM card change is required to avail of 5G services. According to Airtel, the 5G Plus services now work on all Android and Apple supported 5G devices. Airtel 5G Plus promises to deliver up to 30 times higher internet speed than 4G technology, along with better voice experience and faster call connection.
