JioFiber offering 30-day free voucher to reconnect with inactive users

In an effort to win back its inactive user base, Jio is offering a special 30-day free voucher to it’s optical fiber customers whose services were deactivated due to lack of recharge. This move aims to get former customers back to the network without any immediate financial commitment.

Eligible customers are being informed about this offer through WhatsApp messages sent to their registered mobile numbers. The free voucher is automatically added to the MyJio app and to activate the plan, users simply need to navigate to the vouchers section within the app and redeem the offer. 

The 30-day free retention plan provides 100 Mbps high speed internet, unlimited voice calling and access to 14 paid OTT (over-the-top) apps for the duration of the plan to deliver a rich entertainment package to inactive users alongside high-speed internet. The validity period begins from the date of voucher redemption. 

By offering this 30-day free voucher, JioFiber aims to showcase the value and quality of its services to lapsed customers. The inclusion of high-speed internet and a wide array of OTT subscriptions is intended to demonstrate the benefits of rejoining the JioFiber ecosystem.
