However I was able to book redmi note 5 but atlast moment i cancelled because i want redmi note 5 pro

It is outright obvious, they fear that Note5 for Rs 9,999 and Rs 11,999 wont sell at all as expected if Note5 Pro is available starting Rs 13,999. So I think they want to clear stocks of Note5 first before putting out Note5 Pro for the sale(s).
