He has "appeared' in nearly 3raws b/w royal rumble and wm to promote his match...,he was pulled from 2 raws. in which he was scheduled to apppear....

This past Monday’s episode of RAW averaged a 2.54 cable TV rating, which is the lowest rating the show has done for the month of May since the late 1990s.
