Not exactly bro.. To get this mobile, One need to register himself in the bemybanker.com website to get login id and password by paying a one-time lifetime membership fee of Rs 199. Use that id to login into the Namotel website and but the phone for Rs.99 as COD. Also, read somewhere that they need our photo and Aadhaar Card id..
Seems very suspicious.. getting your personal data as well as Rs.199..
