Congratulations Neeraj Chopra for the excellent performance with bagging of the GOLD. 3 Indians in fray also was soothing to see in JAVELIN . Also 4X400 Relay too was creditable. With the overall perspective USA was way ahead of others with 30 medals. Canada and Spain followed with 4 Golds with India finishing with 1 Gold at 15th-20th place with 5 countries ahead of China and Brazil. Japan with 1 Gold and 1 Bronze was only ahead. Looks like World Competition is dominated by USA in absence of Russia and other countries needs to come back at the level to challenge its dominance specifically Asian countries. With olympics if to be hosted by India should at least look to win 20-25 medals which Brazil won 20 when they hosted Olympics in 2016.
