Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17017 for PC - Windows Experience Blog

what's new:
Introducing Cortana Collections
Simplifying actions between Cortana and Action Center
Startup Settings

Now they should consider merging control panel with settings. Two things for similar function is rather confusing.

Looks like only Pro is available.. No single language edition
Update:
That single ISO contains all editions including Single Language, N, Education
Installed Home Single Language on Laptop nd Pro on Desktop

Usually Media Creation tool has 3 options to download
Windows 10 - Contain Pro nd Home
Windows 10 Home Single Language
Windows 10 N

Nd looks like its changing from version 1709

Why don’t I see the Files On-Demand options in OneDrive settings?

If you aren't seeing the Files On-Demand options, the latest version of OneDrive hasn't rolled out to you yet. Here's how to get the latest version of OneDrive.

1. Make sure you're running Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 16299.15 or later).

2.Download and install the latest version of OneDrive that's rolling out with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
Restart your computer.

After your computer restarts, select the Start button, search for “OneDrive”, and then select the OneDrive desktop app.
