Why Doordarshan not bidding for sports rights

BCCI not selling old india home matches to any one , even for current rights holder JIO. Whenever some one requesting / might be with paid one , BCCI will give that particular match for that particular day telecast. At the time of COVID, DD sports and Star show some old india home matches.
Apart from BCCI, other cricket board rights, broadcaster can show their old matches at any time, like Sony showing Sharjah matches , star showing Aus old home matches and sony showing old NZ matches

Doordarshan have exclusive right of Sharjah cup,1998,ind vs srilanka,vs Zimbabwe,and 1999 series ind vs eng vs other nation held in Sharjah,1998 independence cup held in Dhaka,they are simply wasting sports channel not showing highlights of any other matches

All world cups, ICC tournaments, ICC has whole property, 1998 mini wc is ICC property, that particular series alone DD had rights , that doesn't DD has exclusive rights.
Same applicable for 1998 sharjah cup, now Sony showing that match in ten 5, all sharjah matches TEN had rights and now Sony acquired TEN, so Sony got all the sharjah feeds.
DD doesn't have anything in hand right now, just getting shared feed from pvt broadcaster with name of national importance

DD cant show old ICC matches even matches of which they had rights as currently ICC rights are with STAR..... in future if STAR losses ICC rights and other network wins lets say Sony then Sony would be showing old ICC matches not STAR

Even star not showing 1998 mini world cup matches, Star showed 1996 wc, 1999 wc, 2000 icc mini wc ind vs aus match, 2003 wc, etc..

Sad affairs of dd sports either they can privatised or sell to Ambani, they will show the world, how to run sports channel, like BSNL collaborating with tata,hope prasar bharati collaboration with sports giants improvement of production quality and bidding for exclusive rights

bro that cant happen.... DD is not for people who are living in big Metro cities for that there are many big players...... DD purpose is to provide entertainment to people of rural/villages for free who cant afford pay channels.... if they privatize DD then whole purpose is lost...

Prasar bharati main problem, civil services people who doesn't understand pulse of common people, just enjoying there position as ceo without doing any improvement,no question to be answered before 2000 ,prasar bharati collaboration with world tel and other partners for sports rights, I hope any genuine concern should be raised to ceo ,why they are not looking for exclusive rights of any sports ,rather than feed from private broadcasters

How much people using dd free dish ,prasar Bharati making mockery of common people, just daily non interesting coverage of old games, either they should bid for exclusive rights ,

bro how u can DD is making mockery... they are providing all major games/sports for DD users most of India matches in cricket come on DD, Football semis and finals, Wimbledon semis and finals, even Olympics was covered so basically much sports is covered by single Sports channel ( until it conflicts with other sports) where as other users have to have all Sports channels to watch
