It is a TV by Amazon.
It runs on Fire TV OS. It is also cheaper than most of the other Smart TVs based on Android TV OS.

Local TV with Firestick features OS. I recommend buying a Non Smart TV and a Firestick for better performance.

₹12k for 32 inch is too much. He can get similar TVs starting from ₹8500 in the offline market. You get TVs with Aptoide TV. Only thing missing is Google Play Services.

Actually I want to Buy 43 Inch 4K Android TV under 20k.
I am so confused, so asked here about Amazon Basic.

Second choice
Coocaa 108 cm
I want to purchase from Flipkart but not available (reason for purchase from flipkart brand 2years warranty + 3 years extended warranty, where Amazon's 2 years extended warranty)

The Hisense one seems like a good choice.
Check on Croma and Reliance Digital. It is a lot cheaper there. Croma also has an option for 3 Year extended warranty.
