But we gotta give them their due credit to cultivate and present a copy version in a nicer way that it feels like fresh content. For instance some recent works of Ajay dev, copied but fresh bollywood connecting storyline

This is what people fails to understand. No offence Prithi Deb bro. Art is an art. Copy or not doesn't matter as long as the content present to audience is good. One can praise Duranga but can easily criticize Shahzada and The Office India for being remakes. International audience loves good fresh content. Here in India fresh and new content is under appreciate. Movies struggle at box office. Web series also doesn't get enough eyeballs if memes aren't made and promoted.

If you have the time, you should watch it.
Daredevil is not just a good Marvel show, but a good show. Period.

Also, if you decide to watch the original, only Daredevil won't be enough. You might need to watch all the other Defender shows as well. Else you might feel clueless at many instances. At least till the The Defenders, many of the villains, plot and characters are common or interconnected.

Here's the full watch order:
  1. Daredevil (Season 1)
  2. Jessica Jones (Season 1)
  3. Daredevil (Season 2)
  4. Luke Cage (Season 1)
  5. Iron Fist (Season 1)
  6. The Defenders
  7. The Punisher (Season 1)
  8. Jessica Jones (Season 2)
  9. Luke Cage (Season 2)
  10. Iron Fist (Season 2)
  11. Daredevil (Season 3)
  12. Jessica Jones (Season 3)
  13. The Punisher (Season 2)
If you don't want to watch all 13. Then I recommend to watch from 1 to 7, then 11 and 13. And watch the summary for others. Still too much? Then you may skip 4 and 5 as well.

Otherwise just watch individual summaries for all and directly watch Born Again. But remember that you won't feel the same level of impact when something major happens (and in the first 10 minutes of episode 1 itself). Because you've known these characters for only 10 minutes of summary and not multiple seasons.

I am sorry if this is too much info. I got carried away. I just love these street-level characters.

Absolutely. And they should definitely do more high quality remakes. And they are not even hiding that it's a remake. They have it in the poster as well. I was just stating the sad fact that they are unable to do the same with a original story.

How can someone tolerate Iron Fist and Luke Cage?They are easily the worst of the lot especially Iron fist.
Just to refresh my memory,who in Daredevil:Born again has appeared in other series's?Except Punisher and Swordsman.

That's why I told it's skippable. Many don't like it. But I enjoyed the first season of both. The story of Iron Fist returning to his hometown and claiming back his rightful position. Using martial arts to fight against the hand. And Luke Cage fighting against Cottonmouth and protecting Harlem and its people. It was fun. Although the following seasons were not that great.

I was talking about the original Daredevil run. Not Born Again.
