Yeah.. This happens in between the prequel and original trilogies. You just need to have some basic idea on what exactly is happening. Andor has some of the legacy characters and is more tied into how the Rebel alliance had started. Rouge One is basically a prequel to the first star wars movie (essentially the prolouge of the movie is made into Rouge One). Andor acts like a prequel to Rouge One.

Mandalorian you can start it directly. You may not get some of the nostaliga but its fine.
