Netflix still chases big names rather than content and more importantly they should stay away from making original movies whether hindi or any other language.
Some of them are good though. Take Monica O My Darling.

No big shot at helm of the movie
Their originals starting from Love Per Square Foot were always good. Than bollywood started dumping potential theatre flops like Drive and Guilty. Even the original Lust Stories was good.

Watched Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro (1983).
The film is simply hilarious. I wasn't even watching the film after watching first 25-30 minutes, but I gave it a thought and continued and I think that's one of the best decisions I've made. Now I understand why it is a cult classic comedy film. The film, also, carries social messages and harsh truth of good people along with the humour it generates. And the climax, Wow! One of the best and the funniest scene in Indian cinema ever.

8/10 (2 stars cut for the adult humour they tried to create felt so cringey.)

If you haven't watched, you must give it a try, it is worth it. And I didn't even know that the epic line "Albert Pinto ko gussa kyu aata hain" is from this film.

Started Frequency (2016). It's just same as the movie Frequency (2000), but an expanded & more thriller version.

Started La Brea. A little bit slower than Dark but faster than From.

But didn't enjoy it as much as it was hyped up to be by the social media.
Minus this forum and some subreddit. I have totally quitted socially media that even includes interacting with people on YouTube via comments. I am enjoying content more than I did months ago.
