Vodafone 3G FUP

I have 3GB fair usage unlimited 3G plan in my Vodafone postpaid.

Usually after reaching 3GB the speed will get reduced to 64kbps.

But this time it doesn't works. Have crossed 10GB. Getting full speed.

This might be due to chennai flood I guess...

It's postpaid so pro rata rental applicable.
