Bro, Technically Sony has legal rights to claim the broadcast rights as per the previous agreement. BCCI was in a hurry to pass on the rights illegally to Star India 6 months back when SC stepped in.
Only if Sony is not interested in broadcast rights, then only other networks come in to play. And i don't think by any means Sony will let IPL go from their kitty.
