Hard to believe as they say Gorilla glass is hardest but still it breaks when a phone falls, they say phone is water proof with lots of technical ratings but sill says don't use phone while swimming or under water

They don't say phone is water proof. They say phone is water resistant. Every manufacturer include water damage sticker inside a phone to know if the phone has been damaged because of water. And if they found it's damaged due to water they will not repair it for free (in warranty phones).
