Vivaldi Browser v3.3 has started rolling out on the Play Store, and it brings two useful features.

Following the update, users will be able to move the bars to the bottom or keep them at the top of the UI, based on their preference.

Along with the configurable Address and Tab Bars, the latest Vivaldi Browser update brings improvements for the built-in Tracker and Ad Blocker. Both these features now support full-page browsing, which is expected to help users browse more safely.

Finally Vivaldi now supports webpage translation. They weren't willing to pay for Google Translate licensing so partnered with Lingvanex.
