Breaking Vi (Vodafone Idea) website updated with Unlimited 5G Plans

As per Vi app i was on 579₹ plan before and on feb 19 i got the 365₹ super hero plan

To which i thought my old pack is replaced with 365₹ pack which i was okay with since that was my idea

But today on 22nd march i see im neither having 365₹ plan nor 579₹

Because there is no plan which offers 1gb per day and nigh unlimited

If i was reverted back to 579₹ i should be getting 1.5gb 4G and 5G unlimited

Supposed to get 56 days but you were cut short by 30 days, 24 Jan - 19 Feb = 26 days. This is cheating with customer, your plan should hv lasted till 21 Mar my gosh this is so messed up, now your plan shows till 18th April that means they compensated by providing extra 28 days counting from 22 Mar - 18 April 25 still 2 days left out in this whole conundrum my mind is not minding

Why Ok? this pack is only for 28 days so your pack is over in that case and their system is glitching or god knows what. As I can see 19 Feb to 19 Mar = 28 days!

Your plan is over already! they played you in my opinion.

Moreoever 579 plan already has UL 5G then what's the point of downgrading your plan damn VI.

Raise a complaint with my explanation! its full proof now. You should atleast get the benefits of 365. And my advice port out to Jio with heavy heart if u use internet outside else welcome BSNL. Also they just extended the timeline, here your prev 579 is already lapsed along with 365

yeah, probably best to switch to Jio, enough of adjusting for Vi

using Jio 5G in the last few days, was a bliss
they have full 5G coverage in whole of Mumbai, didn't have to think twice about it

If only you are going forward with Jio, here is a PRO tip -> after ur emergency JIO recharge over. Login to your Jio web -> settings -> tariff protection -> 479 recharge (discontinued, but active there) 84days validity total 6GB.

If heavy use go for 899 pack 90days True 5G else 249 pack 28 days total 6GB! calculated on basis of low perday price, Thank me later

Oh but it shouldn't be removed, 479 was shown to me last I checked. Although I used it in Feb 1st week utilising mutiple tabs now this tab bug is fixed.

All the SuperHero and Hero plans support 5G unlimited

minimum recharge to get 5G is 299Rs a month

Wow! Jio offers Unlimited 5G at 899 for 84 days whereas Vi in just 859 which will hopefully provide more discount as well.

Also 2 things were lingering on my mind. One is @Koji Did you get to use atleast the UL 5G provided in that conversion period? And second thing is I missed to include 19th conversion date so if we go from 19 Feb - 19 march thats another 28 days you got, so totally 19 feb - 18 April 2025 you getting a month's plan fully compensating, still without the 4G UL night benefits its a hit and miss kinda situation. @TheAndroidFreak
