Hi Friends, I've a secondary Airtel sim for which the recharge validity expired 3 days ago. Can I port now. What is the minimum recharge I've to do for porting to BSNL.

you should have valid plan Rs 199 for 28 days to port

I feel post this change bsnl and vi are cheaper than airtel/jio

BSNL is always cheap at any time because its a Govt co(Public money), Vi is always follows Airtel in tariffs, so useless for low cost plans.
