My JioFiber fixed voice number is not working from past some days. MyJio app's diagnosis tool self-diagnosed it and notified me to reboot the ONT. I did that by clicking on the 'Reboot now' button but that didn't fixed that. 🤷

I can not login to JioJoin app either. 😐

Update:
Custom DNS was the culprit. After I switched back to Jio default DNS, I could proceed with JioJoin app registration and the issue was fixed.

Only with Jio default DNS, JioJoin app seem to be working. If I switch back to Cloudflare DNS, JioJoin app status becomes offline. Also, on the app self-help, it shows that it checks the DNS resolution, with Jio DNS it shows PASS whereas with custom DNS it shows FAIL.

Do draft a email to JioFiber Customer Care. They will definitely solve your problem.

Actually I don't use the JioFiber voice service. That's why I didn't raised an SR which the app suggested as an alternate solution. 😜
 
Few days back . I have also faced issue in JioJoin Application. I drafted a email to JioFiber Care. In 2 to 3 days they solved my problem

Update:

Even i faves same issue
Called customer care number 1800 896 9999 (options 2-1-9)
After multiples times issue got reaolved from backend team l2 support team

And same after rebooting router multiple times now anle to make calls
 
They changed my JioFiber Router. They Replaced from old to new.

JioJoin tries to find the JioFiber/AirFiber router through the domain name jiofiber[dot]local[dot]html. Thats why when you use a custom DNS, this results in JioJoin not finding your JF/AF.
