unable to signin to my jio account

Working fine here. No issues. Last night also it was working.
 
Me too facing same issue from last midnight, even tried to reset password but shows your jio id is not active :( :wall
 
ok at last i did it , yes i faced not active , link problem , otp problem everything


but now it worked . i just entered 91 infront of mobile number during signup , maybe thats the trick . i dont know what went wrong maybe some jio server problem .

got otp after that , next signed up and verified .

can someone share screen shot of my plan page?
 
It's happening with most of the people even I tried in 5 phones and happening in all.
 
Bro I was also facing it from yesterday to today's afternoon.
Problem is solved after sign in.

Please follow steps

1 Sign In
2 Forgot password

After that enter your mail or mob no. & create new password then sign in again.

100℅ you will happy then:k
